FC400-TypeⅠ

FC400-TypeⅠis a lightweight product coated with FC material on both sides, suitable for various applications such as light truck tarpaulins, sunshade covers, small luggage, surface covering, etc. It is a material with strong wear resistance and scratch resistance on both sides. Compared to traditional PVC materials, it significantly improves the surface strength and durability of the material.

Thanks to the physical properties of FC materials, high-quality double-sided coated FC products(FC400-TypeⅠ) have the following significant performance advantages.

1. Highly Abrasion Resistant & Tear Resistant

FC400-TypeⅠ reduces the damage greatly which is caused by abrasion between the tarpaulin and the contact points. This means that FC has a longer life time. To a large extent, the use of FC decreases the potential risk of tearing as well as the cost of repairs and replacement of the tarpaulin. Therefore, FC is particularly well-suited to truck cover structures with multiple contact points as a whole, or as a covering fabric for hard and sharp objects.

2. Crumpling Resistant, No White Crease Marks

Different from PVC knife coating tarpaulin, although after repeated crumpling, there is still no white crease marks on the surface of FC400-TypeⅠ. In other words, the surface of FC still maintains a high degree of integrity, as good as before.

3. Excellent Airtightness Knife Coating Material

FC400-TypeⅠ, due to its special formula of raw material, is a good choice to solve the problem of the surface structure of knife coating materials, thus it solves the weakness of the airtightness of PVC knife coating materials. It is suitable for one time inflation long term inflatable structure applications.

4. Cold Resistance In Extreme Environment

Due to the special physical characteristics of FC400-TypeⅠ, compared to other common industrial materials, FC can withstand lower temperatures without cracking, and maintain the original level of material strength. Therefore, particularly, FC is suitable for applications in cold regions at high latitudes.

5. Resistant to High Pressure, Acid and Alkali

Flexible Coagulation withstands high pressure. In both stationary pressure environments and dynamic bursting pressure environments, FC400-TypeⅠ has excellent resistance performance, including withstanding high pressure without deformation or rupture. FC has high resistance to acid and alkali and it can not be corroded by most of the strong acids and alkalis. With special treatment, FC400-TypeⅠ can resist specified chemical substances as well.

6. Anti - Static Performance

FC400-TypeⅠ has good anti-static performance (customised a special anti-static surface treatment), thus it can achieve the Anti – Static level. PVC knife coating tarpaulin is None Anti-Static material. Although laminated PVC tarpaulin can only reach 10^11Ω surface resistance, it belongs to the Basic Anti-Static level material.

7. Lightweight and Longer Life Time

FC400-TypeⅠ has the patented FC coating technology of the GAODA Group. Therefore, compared to PVC knife coating tarpaulin, with the same level of physical strength and surface flatness, FC has an outstanding advantage in terms of total material weight.
